The Groundskeeper is responsible for the daily maintenance and appearance of facility grounds, building exteriors, parking lots, and general maintenance projects.

Working under the direction of the Facility Supervisor, this position plays an important role in ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff.

Duties include landscaping, equipment maintenance, snow removal, facility support projects, and assisting with various maintenance tasks as needed.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities Maintain grounds and landscaping, including mowing, trimming, weeding, tree and shrub maintenance, and irrigation system upkeep.Operate, inspect, and maintain groundskeeping equipment and tools.Apply fertilizers and related landscaping products safely and appropriately.Assist with snow and ice removal during inclement weather.Support facility maintenance activities, including furniture assembly, moving, and removal.Assist the Facility Supervisor with maintenance and special projects.Attend required meetings and training sessions.Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a culture of workplace safety.Perform other duties as assigned.
