HR Business Partner

Brookdale Senior Living is seeking a dynamic HR Business Partner to join our team!

Candidate must live in Kansas, Missouri or Oklahoma or planning to relocate.

High Volume and Multi-Site Remote/Hybrid Experience strongly preferred.

As a HRBP at Brookdale, you will work collaboratively with Regional and District leaders in order to offer premier support to the various communities and leaders in your assigned region throughout the HR life-cycle.

You will also be assessing and anticipating HR-related needs to those you are serving.

Base pay in range will be determined by applicant's skills and experience.

Full-time associates in role are also eligible for an annual bonus incentive.

Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company's 401(k) program.

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or other related field required.

Minimum five year's experience as a Human Resources Generalist; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
