What you will do

Technical Operations Package Development Engineer Co-Op January - June 2027

This position reports into Technical Operations Principal Engineer, Package Development and is based at Fort Washington, Pennsylvania.

The Tech Ops Package Development Co-Op provides each student with real-life hands-on experience, coaching and mentoring, networking opportunities, as well as the opportunity to meet people from various schools throughout the country.

Multi-functional collaboration provides an opportunity to partner with a variety of people in the organization and develop your leadership, analytical, and project management skills to build a strong career foundation.

Key Responsibilities


* Support package development activities for a broad portfolio of consumer healthcare products including OTC drugs and dietary supplements



* Create and/or update packaging component and assembly drawings and material specifications



* Document all packaging design, development, and testing to comply with internal processes and regulatory requirements



* Support package development activities in Manufacturing Operations including packaging line trials



* Interact with outside suppliers for packaging component development, evaluation, and testing



* Recommend alternatives and solutions to resolve supply chain disruptions and emerging requirements

What We Are Looking For

Required Qualifications



* Candidates must be actively enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Packaging Engineering/Science, Material Science, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related degree.



* Minimum GPA of 2.8 is required



* Candidates must be diligent, highly organized, and able to handle multiple tasks
