We are searching for top talent for the Manager, GSINC Legal Template Transformation role within the Global Simplification and Innovation in Contracting program, GSINC.

Position Summary

This role drives and implements the transformed global contracting.

The role translates approved legal strategy and risk parameters into scalable, user-centered content.

Collaborating with Legal, SMEs, contracting teams, business teams, and other functions, the Manager drives transformation activities from drafting and supporting approvals through localization, deployment, adoption, and improvement.

This is an individual contributor role.

Key Responsibilities


* Assess, consolidate, simplify, draft, validate and approve templates, clauses, fallback positions, playbooks, exhibits, and guidance.


* Develop plain-language, user-centered content that maintains critical legal and compliance protections while reducing complexity, negotiation friction, blocking issues, and cycle time.
