The Technology Product Lead will join the R&D Business Technology organization to support the Automation Integration product space.

This product team specializes in delivering local and global technology capabilities that enable laboratory automation, scientific workflow orchestration, system integration, and the connectivity required to support research operations efficiently, reliably, and at scale.

To provide effective technology solutions within the Automation Integration product space, the successful candidate must be able to understand scientific workflows, laboratory operations, automation technologies, and systems integration patterns.

A background in biology, biochemistry, engineering, automation, or a related discipline would be beneficial for understanding researcher needs, scientific workflows, and operational challenges.

This knowledge enables the candidate to design and deliver solutions that align with scientific workflows while facilitating effective collaboration between Discovery and Business Technology, resulting in scalable, impactful, and sustainable technology solutions.
