DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a Manager, Data Science .This role can be based in Raynham, MA, West Chester, PA, or Raritan, NJ,

The Data Science Manager plays a key leadership role in advancing data science, artificial intelligence, and analytics capabilities across Finance.

This position leads a team responsible for developing scalable, business-focused solutions that improve forecasting, strengthen decision-making, and drive efficiency across Account to Report (A2R), Procure to Pay (P2P), and Invoice to Cash (I2C) processes.

The manager partners closely with Finance, Technology, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate business priorities into high-impact analytical products and to promote responsible, governed adoption of data science and AI.

The role offers the opportunity to shape the team's strategy, develop talent, and deliver measurable value across a broad portfolio of finance priorities.

Key Responsibilities


* Lead a portfolio of data science, AI, and advanced analytics initiatives aligned with Finance priorities and measurable business outcomes.


* Manage forecasting initiatives by guiding solution design, model development, validation, deployment, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement.


* Identify and deliver opportunities to improve the efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness of Account to Report (A2R), Procure to Pay (P2P), and Invoice to Cash (I2C) processes through data science, automation, and AI.


* Partner with Finance, Technology, and other cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into clear analytical roadmaps, prioritized use cases, and scalable solutions.
