Summary

The Downstream Marketing Manager, VELYS Spine Active Robotics and Navigation will support growth of the VELYS Spine platform by translating surgeon, customer, sales, and market insights into effective downstream marketing programs.

This role will lead defined commercial workstreams for North America, including launch execution, demand generation, field enablement, customer engagement, and go-to-market messaging, while collaborating with global and regional partners to support consistent execution.



* Execute North America commercialization plans that support adoption, utilization, and revenue objectives.


* Lead defined launch, demand-generation, and field-enablement workstreams for VELYS Spine Active Robotics and Navigation.


* Gather surgeon, customer, sales, and market insights to inform positioning, messaging, and commercial priorities.


* Partner across Sales, Education, Supply Chain, Finance, Quality, Regulatory, Clinical, Medical Affairs, and R&D to deliver assigned commercial objectives.


* Monitor performance and recommend actions to strengthen execution and support portfolio growth.
