Johnson & Johnson MedTech is currently recruiting for a Project Lead, Innovation & Partnerships, R&D - Medtech.

The position can be based in Cincinnati, OH or Raritan, NJ & will work a Flex/Hybrid schedule with 3 days per week on-site .

Purpose:

The Project Lead - R&D Partnerships will be a leader in the execution of external partnerships as well as Inter-Company Collaboration projects between J&J MedTech and J&J Innovative Medicine.

This position functions as part of the MedTech Surgery Innovation & Partnerships group and will be part of a high caliber, multi-functional team developing and driving innovative collaboration projects.

This leader will be a key partner working cross-functionally with Regulatory Affairs, Design Quality, Global Strategic Marketing, Supply Chain, to name a few.
