Job Overview

Sitting within the Technology Innovative Medicine ERP Strategy team, this role will provide strategy support across all Legacy ERPs and Transcend S/4 Hana.

They will lead and/or support assigned projects, complex, cross-functional programs and key initiatives, across the Technology Leader group, as well as coordinate communication plans, leader meetings and forums.

They will champion change management, drive stakeholder and employee engagement and provide support to key leadership and executive meetings, presentations and engagements.

The role supports leadership for data-driven decision making, to help shape the portfolio strategy, and build partnerships, while ensuring disciplined execution through strong governance, analytics, and project management.

Key Responsibilities


* Strategic PMO: Run programme governance structures, ensuring delivery excellence, de-risking, and alignment to business value.


* Business Case & Value Management: Support and deliver robust business cases for strategic ERP demands, linking technology outcomes to tangible business benefits covering key value streams (OTC, Manufacturing, AT&NPI, Plan, Source etc.)
