Reports to: Senior Director of Government Affairs & Policy (GA&P)

The Government Affairs & Policy (GA&P) team at J&J Innovative Medicine plays a leading role in advancing access to innovative medicines and shaping a policy environment that fosters innovation.

Working alongside talented colleagues from diverse backgrounds, you will help tackle some of Japan's most pressing healthcare policy challenges and make a meaningful difference for patients, the healthcare system, and society.

As part of our commitment to putting patients at the center of everything we do, the team is expanding its capabilities to integrate the patient voice into policy shaping and patient access.

This newly designed role offers a unique opportunity to build and lead Patient Advocacy in Japan while contributing to core GA&P priorities.
