This role provides strategic and operational leadership across EHSS- Assurance, Strategy , Standards, and Operational Excellence (OE) for DePuy Synthes.

The Sr.

Manager will play a critical role in strengthening global EHSS systems, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and internal standards.

This position has broad impact across the organization, influencing occupational safety, environmental health & sustainability compliance outcomes, and operational performance while partnering closely with cross ‑ functional and global teams.

Key Responsibilities



* Lead and evolve EHSS Assurance, Strategy, Standards, and Operational Excellence initiatives across the organization.
