RN Responsibilities


* Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans and physician orders


* Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies as ordered


* Assess residents and monitor changes in condition


* Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members


* Supervise and support LVNs and CNAs


* Maintain accurate clinical documentation


* Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations


* Deliver compassionate, resident-centered care

Qualifications
Required:


* Current California Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing


* Current CPR/BLS certification


* Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills


* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Preferred:


* Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), Post-Acute, Rehabilitation, or Long-Term Care experience


* Experience with PointClickCare or similar EMR systems
