MAINTENANCE TRAINING CENTER SUPERVISOR

Responsible for leading technician development across all experience levels, from onboarding new hires to advancing the skills of seasoned professionals.

This role oversees the operations of a dedicated training center and manages a team of trainers focused on delivering high-impact, hands-on learning experiences tailored to the needs of supermarket maintenance and operations.

Key responsibilities include designing and maintaining comprehensive training curricula, developing simulation-based learning environments that replicate real-world store issues, and curating a standardized list of equipment for technician training.

The supervisor continuously seeks innovative methods and efficiencies to enhance technician performance and ensure alignment with operational goals.

By fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence, the Training Supervisor plays a critical role in preparing technicians to meet the evolving demands of the supermarket environment, ultimately supporting improved service delivery, equipment reliability, and customer satisfaction.
