Your Job

Join our team in Maumelle, AR as a Mold Set-Up Technician, where you'll play a key role in supporting our medical production environment.

In this hands-on position, you'll set up and support production jobs and equipment, helping ensure our high standards for quality, safety, and efficiency are met every day.

Shift Options:


* A Shift: 2-2-3 rotation, 7:00 a.m.

- 7:00 p.m.


* B Shift: 2-2-3 rotation, 7:00 a.m.

- 7:00 p.m.


* E Shift: Sunday - Tuesday + every other Saturday, 7:00 p.m.

- 7:00 a.m.


* F Shift: Wednesday - Friday + every other Saturday, 7:00 p.m.

- 7:00 a.m.

What You Will Do



* Set up, start up, and change over production jobs, ensuring processes meet control capabilities and quoted standards, including robotics, part pickers, and vision systems


* Operate and maintain molding machines, lift trucks, overhead cranes, and power mold carts


* Follow documented procedures and use databases to perform set-ups and troubleshooting


* Support troubleshooting and adjustments to molding processes to maintain quality, safety, and productivity while working within validated process windows and established guidelines


* Communicate key information to fellow Mold Technicians across shifts


* Partner with the production team to achieve production goals and drive continuous improvement

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)



* Experience working with or operating injection molding machines in a manufacturing environment

What Will Put You Ahead



* Experience with injection molding set-ups, mold changes, process troubleshooting, and/or liquid silicone molding


* Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems


* Familiarity with SAP


* Experience creating work instructions for set-ups and insert changes
