Work you'll do

As a Manager, Strategy, Growth, and Transformation on the Payroll Operations team, you will be responsible for:



* Guide clients in analyzing the current state of payroll processes, identifying pain points, and offering possible solutions.


* Advise clients on technology options that can improve their overall payroll function while leveraging available automation and generative artificial intelligence (GenAI) tools and capabilities.


* Demonstrate leadership experience and accountability for the outputs of the team.


* Lead teams, deliver work, and design the work effort.


* Serve as an emerging business advisor, project/workstream manager, leader of others, and provide sales support.


* Help grow the practice by actively participating in the sales process.
