Who Were Looking For: We are seeking a seasoned and motivated Director of Operations to lead our flight operations team and help grow the business.

The ideal candidate will be a proven leader with previous experience as a Director of Operations or Chief Pilot, a strong understanding of the business side of a complex operation, a strong work ethic, and a passion for aviation.

This is a critical leadership role responsible for managing all aspects of Part 135 flight operations and ensuring full compliance with FAA regulations while promoting operational excellence and superior service delivery.
