Position Summary Davcor Aviation Services is seeking three experienced Aircraft Structures Technicians to support a long-term aircraft modification and connectivity installation project in Everett, WA.

This opportunity is ideal for skilled aviation professionals with hands-on experience performing aircraft structural modifications, sheet metal repairs, and installations associated with aircraft communication and connectivity systems.

Qualified candidates must have 35 years of aircraft structures modification experience, preferably with direct involvement in antenna installations, SATCOM modifications, aircraft Wi-Fi installations, or comparable aircraft connectivity programs.

Candidates with strong aircraft sheet metal and structural modification backgrounds who have supported similar antenna or connectivity installations may also be considered.

These positions offer long-term contract opportunities with an anticipated project duration of 2+ years and an immediate need for qualified technicians.

Key Responsibilities Perform aircraft structural modifications, repairs, and installations in support of aircraft connectivity and avionics upgrade programs.

Support aircraft antenna installations, SATCOM modifications, Wi-Fi system installations, and related structural modifications.

Perform aircraft sheet metal fabrication, drilling, cutting, fitting, riveting, and structural assembly work.

Modify aircraft structures to accommodate antenna mounting assemblies, communication equipment, and associated connectivity components.

Install structural reinforcements, brackets, doublers, and mounting hardware in accordance with approved engineering documentation.

Read and interpret aircraft structural repair manuals (SRMs), engineering drawings, blueprints, modification instructions, and technical documentation.

Perform precision measurements, layout, and fabrication to ensure proper alignment and installation of structural components.
