What You'll Do As a Temporary Part-Time Student Success Advisor, you'll provide valuable support to prospective and current students while assisting with daily advising and enrollment activities.

In this role, you will: Answer questions from prospective students and guide them through the enrollment process.

Help students explore certificate programs that align with their interests and career goals.

Communicate with students through phone, email, text, and in-person appointments.

Maintain accurate student records and enrollment information while protecting confidentiality.

Provide information about admissions, program availability, financial aid, scholarships, and college resources.

Follow up with prospective students and enrollment inquiries.

Connect students with faculty, staff, and campus resources to support their success.

Provide friendly, professional customer service to students and visitors.

Assist with recruitment activities, student events, and other college functions.

Support the Student Success team with administrative tasks and other duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For Successful candidates will have: A high school diploma or equivalent; postsecondary education is preferred.

Experience in customer service, education, student advising, admissions, or a related field preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

A friendly, helpful attitude and a passion for student success.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

The ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively with others.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-based technology.

A commitment to professionalism, confidentiality, and exceptional customer service.
