POSITION SUMMARY

This position within the Site Training Organization will perform activities that support the JJVC Jacksonville Manufacturing Operations Organization's Objectives, Goals, Strategies & Measures (OGSM) for current and future projected deployments.

This position will perform activities that ensure that JJVC Jacksonville Manufacturing Operations competency is maintained appropriate to each employee's assigned position, and in accordance with the applicable training and competency regulations and standards (Quality Systems and EHS).

This position will help develop, revise, and deliver job specific and skill developmental training using documents, materials, and tools relevant to the different operations they support.

The trainer will utilize the electronic Learning Management System (eLMS), or equivalent manual systems, to create, amend, and assign curricula related toward the training, qualification and certification processes in the company.
