The Detailed Scheduler is accountable for translating production plans into detailed schedules that optimize sequencing, line utilization, labor, and material availability.

Coordinating closely with manufacturing, warehouse, quality, maintenance, and planning teams to support schedule adherence and efficient plant execution.

Monitoring short-term schedule performance, identifying constraints and exceptions, and adjusting schedules to maintain service, throughput, and operational stability.

Key Responsibilities

Detailed Scheduling and Sequencing

• Builds and maintains detailed production schedules that reflect production plan priorities, asset constraints, labor availability, and material readiness.

• Responsible for generating, printing and monitoring work/production orders (WOs) according to the MPS work orders

• Optimizes schedule to improve production plan attainment, throughput, and manufacturing efficiency.
