Schedule: Full-time, open to a hybrid position of onsite & remote mix

What to Expect:


* Collects MDS documents within mandated, established and expected time frames.


* Compares data entered against the original MDS document; makes corrections as needed.


* Files the MDS documents in residents' charts.


* Maintains confidentiality of all patient care information.

Successful Candidates:


* Current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an LPN in Colorado


* Experience as a MDS Coordinator utilizing 3.0


* Experience in a SNF environment

Rate Range: $40-$44/hour
