Position Purpose The Pacific Northwest Regional Safety Leader provides field-based Health, Safety and Environment leadership and day-to-day safety support across Oregon, Washington, and Idaho.

This position serves as the primary safety support role for Crystal Greens Landscape and provides regional safety oversight, field support, and risk reduction for Brookstone operations in Washington and Treasure Valley Landscape in Idaho.

The role is designed to strengthen branch-level ownership of safety across the Pacific Northwest.

The Regional Safety Leader works directly with Branch Managers, operating leaders, Safety Champions, HR, claims, and field teams to help local leaders run effective safety programs within their own operations.

Branch Managers and operating leaders remain accountable for the safety performance of their teams and for execution of their local safety programs.

The Regional Safety Leader supports, coaches, audits, trains, and follows up, but does not replace local leadership ownership.

Reporting and Working Relationships Reports to the Vice President of Health, Safety and Environment.Directly supports Branch Managers, Regional Leaders, operating leaders, Safety Champions, HR, claims, and field teams throughout the assigned Pacific Northwest region.Works through branch and operating leadership to build safety routines, drive follow-through, and strengthen accountability at the local level.Coordinates with corporate HSE leadership on regional priorities, serious incidents, regulatory matters, program rollouts, escalation needs, and overall safety performance.

Scope of Role Provide regional safety oversight and field support for Crystal Greens Landscape in Oregon, Brookstone operations in Washington and Treasure Valley Landscape in Idaho, including site visits, observations, coaching, incident follow-up, corrective action tracking, and safety program support.Support regional safety execution across landscape maintenance, enhancement, construction where applicable, fleet, equipment, shops, yards, and field operations.Help local leaders identify risk, correct unsafe conditions, improve behaviors, and close corrective actions without removing safety ownership from the operating teams.Travel regularly throughout Oregon, Washington, and Idaho to support branches, projects, crews, and leadership teams.
