Senior Solutions Architect

After thorough consultation with our customers and careful analysis, we develop new IT systems or replace existing systems that support customers' strategic, operational and financial goals.

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Solution Architect (On-Site) to lead complex customer architecture engagements and provide strategic technical leadership across AI, cloud, HPC, and enterprise infrastructure initiatives.

In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to customer executives, translating business objectives into scalable technology architectures that drive innovation, operational excellence, and business outcomes.

You will work closely with customers, engineering teams, and executive stakeholders to design and guide the adoption of next-generation infrastructure solutions.

Key Responsibilities


* Lead customer architecture engagements from strategy and solution design through hands-on implementation, deployment, validation, and operational transition.


* Proven hands-on experience implementing, deploying, configuring, and troubleshooting enterprise infrastructure solutions.


* Strong practical experience working directly in customer environments, including data centres, cloud platforms, and hybrid infrastructure deployments.


* Ability and willingness to move beyond architecture and design activities and actively contribute to delivery, implementation, and operational tasks when required.


* Comfortable working in a highly dynamic customer-facing role where activities may range from executive architecture discussions one day to technical implementation, site surveys, or troubleshooting activities the next.


* Design end-to-end AI, cloud, HPC, and enterprise infrastructure solutions aligned with customer business and technical requirements.


* Act as the primary technical advisor for customer executives, architects, and program leaders.


* Develop reference architectures, solution blueprints, and transformation roadmaps that support current and future business objectives.


* Drive architectural reviews, technology assessments, and design workshops with customer stakeholders.


* Provide expert guidance on scalability, performance, resiliency, security, and operational readiness across complex infrastructure environments.


* Collaborate with engineering, product, services, and sales teams to ensure solution feasibility and successful delivery outcomes.
