Position Overview We are currently hiring a PRN Nurse to join our compassionate team.

The nurse will play a vital role in delivering high-quality healthcare services to our participants and promoting their overall wellness and quality of life.

The ideal candidate will have excellent clinical skills, a caring demeanor, and a commitment to teamwork.

Key Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to participants, such as medication administration and treatmentsMonitor participants health conditions and report changes to the appropriate family or medical professionals.Collaborate with the participant, family members and team to ensure optimal wellness.Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation.Adhere to all health and safety regulations and community policies.Work effectively in a team-oriented environment.Exhibit compassion, patience, and a genuine desire to improve the lives of older adults.Participate in daily center activities as needed.

Health & Safety Annual influenza vaccination is required (exemption requests reviewed).

COVID-19 vaccination is strongly encouraged.
