What You'll Do Join our Customer Support team at Olympus, where you'll play an important role in supporting our policyholders and agency partners while delivering the exceptional service we're known for! As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll assist with policy and quote inquiries, process endorsements, answer billing questions, and help customers navigate their insurance needs with confidence.

You'll also collaborate with teams across Olympus, including Underwriting, Claims, Marketing, and Accounting, to find solutions and ensure a seamless service experience.

Responsibilities Deliver Exceptional Customer Service Respond to inquiries and service requests from policyholders, agents, and other partners in a timely, friendly, and professional manner.

Assist with questions related to policies, quotes, billing, payments, coverage, and general insurance information through various communication channels.

Identify and resolve concerns or escalate more complex issues to the appropriate team.

Support Policy Servicing Process policy endorsements, updates, and changes accurately and efficiently.

Review and maintain policyholder information to ensure accurate and complete records.

Assist agents and policyholders with understanding policy details, available options, and servicing procedures.

Gather and evaluate information to identify solutions and support timely resolution of service requests.

Collaborate & Maintain Quality Develop knowledge of Olympus insurance products, coverage options, processes, and procedures to provide accurate and consistent support.
