Seasonal Winter Wonderland Associate Join the festive fun as a Seasonal Associate at our Winter Wonderland Event, hosted by the Lakehouse Resort, one of North County's top-rated holiday celebrations.

We are looking for friendly, enthusiastic individuals to deliver exceptional hospitality and ensure our guests have an unforgettable experience.

The duties of a Seasonal Winter Wonderland Associate include, but are not limited to, the following: · Greet guests with a warm welcome and a fond farewell; engage them in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner.

· Provide exceptional guest hospitality and service to ensure guests enjoy their experience.

· Follow all steps of service as defined by company SOPs.

· Address and resolve any guest complaints; notify management ASAP about any unresolved guest complaints that they need to handle.

· Always maintain a composed and professional attitude.

· Become familiar with all returning guests, know their preferences and special requests.

· Willingly perform other reasonable tasks and duties as assigned by Management.

· Sell tickets, assist at the kid zone and work at the front gate entrance.
