Choose the best place for your work - Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.

This position is full-time with 35h/week.

Your tasks and responsibilities:



* You will help to prepare and run design thinking or problem-solving workshops


* You will support design and build rapid low-code apps and dashboards together with fellow interns and colleagues


* You will support efforts to test and iterate on prototypes


* You will contribute ideas for team and organizational improvements


* You will experience a wide range of work topics and tools within an innovative department


* We don't expect you to know everything; we value curiosity and a willingness to try new things and learn

Your qualifications and experience:



* All subjects of study are welcome, but an IT and digital understanding and experience is highly valued


* You have worked in different teams and are comfortable working with colleagues


* Ideally you are familiar with the basics of software programming


* It is highly helpful if you made first experiences with Design Thinking, Low Code and/or AI Tools

Your attributes and skills:



* You have very good communication skills in English and are comfortable working in teams


* You are proactive, capable of finding paths even in ambiguous situations


* You are open minded, self-organized and not afraid to ask questions


* You are inspired by technology and coding


* You are interested in presenting to others and eager to learn how to facilitate user interviews or workshops


* Does your study regulations include an internship for at least 5 months and would you like to gain practical experience? Then we look forward to receiving your application!

You mandatory internship should be starting from January 2027 onwards
