Job Requirements

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Trainee to join our team in Chile on a temporary basis.

The ideal candidate will support the Human Resources department in various administrative and operational tasks, gaining valuable experience in HR processes and practices.

- Assist in recruitment and onboarding activities

- Support employee records management and documentation

- Help coordinate training sessions and employee engagement initiatives

- Participate in HR projects and process improvements

- Provide general administrative support to the HR team

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

- Proficient in MS Office applications

- Eagerness to learn and develop professionally in HR
