We are looking for a curious, analytical and solution-oriented individual to support business growth, operational excellence and digital transformation within Advanced Therapies.

This role combines business analytics, technology and practical problem-solving to identify opportunities, improve processes and turn insights into measurable business outcomes.

Working closely with leadership and cross-functional teams, the successful candidate will help drive smarter decision-making, greater efficiency and continuous business improvement.

Key Responsibilities



* Business Analytics & Insights: Analyze business performance, forecasts, operational data and market trends to identify gaps, opportunities and actionable recommendations.


* Business Improvement: Investigate operational challenges, identify root causes and support practical solutions that improve efficiency and business performance.


* Digitalization & Innovation: Explore and implement digital tools, automation and data-driven solutions to simplify workflows and enhance productivity.


* Performance Management: Develop dashboards, KPIs and reporting frameworks to support business visibility, forecasting and decision-making.


* Project Execution: Support cross-functional improvement and transformation initiatives, from problem identification through implementation and impact measurement.


* Leadership Support: Translate complex data and business findings into clear presentations, business cases and recommendations for management.

Work Experience


* Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, Data Analytics or a related field.


* Strong proficiency in Excel and familiarity with analytical tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL or Python.


* Exposure to business analytics, process improvement, automation or project management is an advantage.


* Experience or interest in healthcare, medical technology or complex technology industries is beneficial.
