At Kimpton Fitzroy London we are looking for a Part Time Barback to join us in Fitz’s Russell Sq.

Located in the heart of Kimpton Fitzroy London, Fitz’s Russell Sq.

features three opulent spaces with unique personalities.

Fitz’s Brasserie, a sophisticated eatery serving classic British dishes elevated from modern palates, and Fitz’s Bar & Parlour, a glamorous drinking dean and all-day parlour.

Here guests can dine on quintessentially British cuisine, sip finely crafted cocktails and savour a late-night tipple (or two).

Here local foodies and intrepid travellers alike gather to create memorable tales.

Kimpton Fitzroy Hotel is in the heart of Bloomsbury just a 2-minute walk from Russell Square tube station where the Piccadilly line runs 24hrs a day on Fridays and Saturdays!

As a Barback, you’ll be 100% you, bringing your authentic personality to everything you do; be the ultimate host, confidently leading yourself and making creative decisions that elevate every interaction; and spark joy, using every tool available to craft meaningful and memorable experiences.

As our Barback you will ensure the bartender has everything they need during service to keep everything running smoothly: clean glasses, enough garnishes, liquor, beer and spirits, ice cubes, etc.

You will also be responsible for keeping the service area tidy (cleaning up spills and broken glasses) and restocking whatever’s running low.

This a great role for someone who wants to learn the ins and outs of bartending and customer service. 

To succeed in this role, you will have:


* Prior experience in a Barback or similar support role is advantageous.


* Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.


* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.


* A flexible approach to shifts, but it is important remember you may be finishing after midnight almost every day.


* Availability to work on a Part Time basis (24hrs per week)
