This role is designed for experienced operators who can quickly contribute through their technical knowledge, strong problem-solving skills, and ability to safely and efficiently operate production equipment.

As a Senior Production Operator, you'll play an important role in producing high-quality products, troubleshooting process issues, maintaining accurate production records, and supporting efficient manufacturing operations.

Pay: Starting at $23.00 - $26.00+ (Based on experience + Shift Differential!)

Hours: 1st Shift / 7:00AM - 5:30PM, 2nd Shift / 1:00PM - 11:30PM, 3rd Shift / 7:00PM - 5:30AM

Days: Monday (or Sunday) through Thursday - Overtime on Friday possible

The Senior Production Operator is responsible for the setup, operation, and monitoring of blending and/or extrusion equipment used to manufacture customer products.

This position helps ensure safe, efficient production while maintaining the highest quality standards and meeting customer specifications and delivery requirements.Qualifications



* Minimum of 5 years of manufacturing or other comparable relevant experience.


* Minimum of 2-3 years of experience operating forklifts, tow motors, or similar material handling equipment.


* Minimum of 2-3 years of experience utilizing ERP/MRP systems and performing SAP transactions.


* Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.


* Ability to safely operate production equipment in a manufacturing environment.


* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.

Preferred Qualifications


* 8-10 years of manufacturing experience.


* Experience in an extrusion manufacturing environment.


* Experience working with blending, compounding, or similar manufacturing processes.


* Experience training or assisting less experienced operators.


* Demonstrated ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision.
