Job Description

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is recruiting for an Associate Director, Pharmacy Innovation & Implementation This role will contribute to a team focused on building and refining J&J's overall pharmacy capability to deliver personalized, seamless and supportive experiences for patients starting and continuing treatment across the portfolio.

The Associate Director will identify capabilities, partners, technologies and innovative program approaches that can make J&J best-in-class in patient engagement through specialty pharmacy channels.

The role will monitor industry trends, emerging pharmacy models and evolving data sources, and lead cross-functional efforts to improve performance.

This role reports to the Director, Pharmacy Innovation & Implementation.

Key Responsibilities

Pharmacy strategy and design: Collaborate to refine J&J's overall pharmacy capability and strategy.

Use accreditation principles, market assessments, competitive landscapes, voice of patient, voice of customer and industry trends to inform recommendations for capability design.

Patient-experience requirements: Monitor the effectiveness of operations against patient-experience metrics aligned with patient needs and brand objectives.
