DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a(n) Office/Deliver EHSS Specialist – US FSN, located in Raynham, MA or in West Chester, PA, or Palm Beach Gardens, FL, or Indiana, Warsaw, or Raritan, New Jersey.

Job Overview

The Office/Deliver EHSS Specialist – US FSN supports the execution and delivery of Environmental, Health & Safety (EH&S) and Sustainability services within the Global Real Estate, Facilities Management & Corporate Operations organization.

This role plays a key part in ensuring facilities operate safely, efficiently, and in compliance with internal standards and external regulations.

The position offers exposure to cross‑functional partners, operational programs, and sustainability initiatives that directly impact employee well‑being and responsible business operations.

Key Responsibilities


* Support day‑to‑day delivery of EH&S and sustainability services across assigned facilities, ensuring alignment with company standards and policies.


* Complete and submit Environmental Health and Safety (EH&S) regulatory agency applications, permits, and reports to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.


* Lead EH&S compliance activities such as documentation, reporting, audits, inspections, and corrective action tracking.


* Coordinates facilities, equipment, and operations inspections in order to identify and evaluate risk factors and eliminate potential hazards and/or hazardous processes.
Administers EH&S-based education programs, from employee safety training programs to site-specific certification courses.
