Job responsibilities


* Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers


* Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap


* Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition


* Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability


* Lead end-to-end product launch delivery for new and enhanced/changed healthcare payments products, from intake through go-live and post-launch stabilization.


* Build and manage integrated launch plans across Product, Technology, Operations, Implementation/Service, and client-facing teams; drive clear milestones and acceptance criteria.


* Manage dependencies across platforms, vendors, and partner teams and proactively communicate key milestones at an executive level


* Lead product operationalization: ensure procedures, support models, controls, and handoffs are defined and executed prior to launch.


* Coordinate change readiness for internal stakeholders and clients (training, communications, documentation, FAQs).
