Rural Healthcare Consultant

Our Deloitte Strategy & Transactions team helps guide clients through their most critical moments and transformational initiatives.

From strategy to execution, this team delivers integrated, end-to-end support and advisory services covering valuation modeling, cost optimization, restructuring, government operations modernization, business design and transformation, infrastructure and real estate, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and sustainability.

Work alongside clients every step of the way, helping them navigate new challenges, avoid financial pitfalls, and provide practical solutions at every stage of their journey-before, during, and after any major transformational projects or transactions.

Work You'll Do

The Rural Healthcare Consultant will develop project materials and translate healthcare information into clear, client-ready deliverables in support of Rural Health Transformation engagement teams.

This role provides foundational research, writing, and document development support across workstreams.

You will:


* Research healthcare and rural health policy topics, synthesizing findings into clear summaries for internal team and client use


* Develop and format project materials, including presentations, briefing documents, and status updates


* Translate technical or clinical healthcare information into plain-language, client-ready content


* Support storytelling and narrative development for client deliverables, working closely with senior consultants


* Proofread and quality-check materials for accuracy, consistency, and adherence to formatting standards


* Maintain organized documentation and version control of materials across workstreams


* Support ad hoc research and data-gathering requests from the broader engagement team
