In this role, you will empower individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live fulfilling, independent lives in a supportive community setting.

Key Responsibilities Daily Living Support: Assist individuals with personal hygiene, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.

Plan Implementation: Carry out Individual Service Plans (ISPs) and Behavioral Support Plans (BSPs).

Medication & Logging: Safely administer medications and maintain accurate daily progress notes in electronic health records (EHR).

Community Engagement: Encourage personal choice, self-advocacy, recreational activities, and community involvement.

Environment: Maintain a clean, safe, and positive living environment for all residents.

Qualifications & Requirements Age: 18 years of age or older Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent License: Valid Drivers License with a clean driving record Background Check: Must pass a caregiver background check Skills: Basic computer skills for electronic documentation and logging Schedule & Shift Availability Full-Time Day / Evening / Weekend shifts available Interested in making a difference?
