Metal Foreman Diversified Roofing Position Overview Diversified Roofing is seeking an experienced Metal Foreman to lead commercial roofing projects and oversee metal roofing installation crews.

This leadership role is responsible for ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards while maintaining productivity and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in commercial roofing, strong leadership abilities, and hands-on expertise with architectural and structural metal roofing systems.

Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise metal roofing crews on commercial roofing projects.Coordinate daily work activities, manpower, materials, and equipment.Install and oversee installation of standing seam, R-panel, architectural sheet metal, wall panels, coping, fascia, gutters, downspouts, and other metal components.Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and project specifications.Ensure all work is completed according to company quality standards and customer expectations.Conduct daily safety meetings and enforce OSHA and company safety requirements.Monitor project progress and provide updates to Superintendents and Project Managers.Train, mentor, and develop crew members.Manage material inventories and communicate project needs proactively.Perform quality inspections and address deficiencies as needed.Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site.

Qualifications 5+ years of commercial roofing experience, including leadership responsibilities.Extensive experience with commercial metal roofing and sheet metal systems.Ability to read construction drawings and specifications.Proven ability to lead crews and maintain productivity.Strong understanding of OSHA safety regulations and fall protection requirements.Ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions.Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

Preferred Experience Standing seam metal roofing systems.Architectural sheet metal fabrication and installation.ACM panels, wall panels, and waterproofing details.Operation of lifts, telehandlers, and other construction equipment.Commercial new construction and re-roof projects.

Physical Requirements Lift and carry up to 75 pounds.Climb ladders and work at heights regularly.Stand, kneel, bend, and work outdoors for extended periods.
