Material Handler Facilities Team | Phat Panda / Grow Op Farms Pay $18.00 per hour Department Facilities Employment Full-Time, Non-Exempt (Hourly) Reports To Purchasing Manager Location Spokane Valley, WA Schedule 6:00 AM 3:00 PM KEEP OUR FACILITIES MOVING Phat Panda grows, produces, and sells cannabis across multiple states, and none of it happens without materials landing in the right place at the right time.

Were hiring a Material Handler to join our Facilities team: someone whos comfortable on a forklift, doesnt mind working outdoors in every season, and takes pride in keeping inventory, equipment, and grounds in top shape across multiple company sites.

A DAY IN THIS ROLE Material Transport: Move products and supplies between company facilities and storage locations.

Loading & Unloading: Run a forklift and other heavy equipment to load, unload, and stage incoming and outgoing materials.

Inventory Accuracy: Confirm the correct inventory reaches each destination based on facility requests.

Yard & Storage Organization: Keep outdoor yards and indoor storage areas orderly, labeled, and easy to work from.

Grounds Upkeep: Handle seasonal ground maintenance, including snow blowing and plowing in winter.

Equipment Care: Maintain yard equipment and company vehicles and keep service records current.

Team Transport: Drive employees between locations when needed.

Daily Reporting: Complete daily reports and keep all records accurate and up to date.

Quick Fixes: Step in on urgent repairs to equipment and facilities as issues come up.

Special Projects: Support Research & Development initiatives and other tasks as assigned.

WHAT YOU BRING Age: Must be at least 21 years old.

Education: High school diploma or GED.

Driving: Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.

Forklift: Current forklift certification; hands-on operating experience is a strong plus.

Hands-On Skills: Background in routine maintenance or basic construction work.

Tech Basics: Comfortable with Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Sheets, Docs), Microsoft Word and Excel, and label printers.

Work Style: Dependable, detail-focused, and able to shift priorities when plans change or delays hit.

Communication: Able to follow written and verbal direction and work well with coworkers across departments.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & WORK ENVIRONMENT Regularly stand, walk, sit, reach, climb, stoop, crouch, crawl, and push or pull for extended periods.

Frequently lift and carry up to 40 lbs; occasionally up to 50 lbs.

Clear vision at 20+ feet (corrective lenses okay) and the ability to distinguish colors.

Work outdoors in changing weather conditions and in moderate to loud noise.

Possible exposure to dust, fumes, vapors, and some cleaning or caustic chemicals; safety gear and training provided.
