Dispensary Assistant Manager

Ascend Wellness is looking for a new Assistant Manager to help lead our Laurel, MD team! The Assistant Manager, in cooperation with the Leadership Team, General Manager and other ASM's, is responsible for the execution of the retail store - best-in-class customer experiences with efficient sales operations that drive profitable top line sales.
