The MEP Estimator will work closely with the Director of Estimating and Preconstruction department on competitive bids, design-builds, competitive GMPs, and conceptual estimates.

The MEP estimator's primary focus will be trades involving fire suppression, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, communications, and/or security systems (Division 21 - 28).
