Responsibilities Prepare and set concrete forms, ensuring proper alignment and stabilityPour, level, and finish concrete according to project specificationsTying and placement of reinforcementOperate hand tools and power tools safely and efficientlyAssist with carpentry, forming, and general construction tasks as neededApply sealants, caulking, and protective materials to finished surfacesMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentSupport the team with material handling, equipment operation, and other jobsite dutiesPerform routine maintenance and care of tools and equipmentOperate skid steer Qualifications Previous concrete experience requiredAbility to adapt to complex and non-typical foundations / projectsKnowledge of concrete forming and finishing techniquesAbility to safely operate power tools and construction equipmentStrong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality workAbility to work outdoors in varying weather conditionsDependable, team-oriented, and safety-focusedStrong communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to lift up to 100 lbs.Knowledge of slump, concrete testing, additives, curing procedures, weather conditions and their effect on job conditions and finishing procedures.
