Purpose of the role: This role requires a high energy, service oriented individual with a professional demeanor whose focus is on accurately and timely processing for mortgage loan servicing.

This may consist of answering customer service phone calls regarding loans, posting payments to loan accounts and/or funding of loans.

This role performs any combination of complex payoff calculations, branch balancing, funding of loans, payment reversals and manual calculations when required and verifying payments have posted correctly.

Requires a passion for helping others, the ability to communicate professionally with clients and co-workers in a timely manner with a positive attitude.

All of this must be done while protecting all customer sensitive information.

This role may be assigned projects as needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Process complex mortgage payments efficiently and correctly.Process payoffsProcess Arm recalculationsAbility to coordinate and prioritize workflow efficiently.

Problem resolution skillsAttention to detailHandle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Understand and effectively utilize department systems and/or programs Ability to demonstrate good judgment when handling difficult situationsExceptional written and verbal communication skills Respond to all borrowers regarding payment issues or concerns.

Maintain and document all payment reversals and borrower requests.Reconcile balance sheet at the end of each day.Protect confidential and sensitive informationAbility to work independently or in a team setting Education/Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent.Familiarity with mortgage loan documentation requiredBasic Word, Excel, Outlook, MS Office program experienceExcellent verbal and written communication.Must be able to work in a team environment to interact with employees at all levels.Excellent customer service skills with both external and internal customers.

Excellent organization, data entry and mathematical skills and attention to detail.Ability to work under high volume and pressure of deadlines.Problem solving ability.
