Production Clerk: 1st shift

This role starts at $20.00 per hour for entry-level candidates .

We also consider experience when determining starting pay!

Hours: 8:00AM - 4:30PM Monday through Friday.

The Production Clerk position is responsible for warehouse and production administrative functions covering a combination of some or all of the following:


* Maintain accurate production records & complete production confirmations/consumptions in SAP daily, including closing production orders


* Assist with the cycle count process, complete cycle counts and investigate inventory discrepancies


* Recording plant metrics and or key performance indicators (KPIs).


* Monitor and maintain min/max levels, reorder points, & safety stock levels for maintenance, safety & operating supplies.


* Purchasing production and maintenance consumables in purchasing software

Qualifications



* High School Diploma or GED


* Computer proficiency


* Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)


* Experience with an ERP (SAP preferred) system


* Experience with an MRO Purchasing system (Coupa preferred)


* Strong math, measurement, and reading skills


* Ability to interact effectively and professionally with others in a team environment


* Abilities in prioritization, multi-tasking and problem solving while maintaining strong attention to detail
