Job Description:

We are searching for the best talent to join our team as the Director, IM NA Executive Communications.

This is a hybrid role that has a preferred location of Titusville, NJ but consideration will also be given to Horsham, PA.

Position Summary

The Director, IM NA Executive Communications is a senior strategic communications leader within the J&J Innovative Medicine North America Communications & Public Affairs team.

Reporting to the Senior Director, Employee & Business Enablement Communications, this role serves as a trusted advisor to the Company Group Chair (CGC), shaping and implementing an integrated executive communications strategy that advances business priorities, strengthens leadership visibility and builds confidence in J&J Innovative Medicine across North America.

The Director will translate business strategy and complex healthcare issues into an executive narrative for internal and external audiences.

The role will develop the CGC's message platform and visibility program across speaking engagements, media, thought leadership, social media, employee forums and other channels.

In close partnership with communications colleagues across J&J Innovative Medicine North America and the J&J enterprise, the Director will ensure executive communications are coordinated, audience-focused and aligned to a consistent "one voice" narrative.

Success in this role requires exceptional judgment, executive presence, writing expertise and the ability to build trusted relationships, anticipate opportunities and risks, and deliver high-impact communications in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

The Director will also manage one direct report: Senior Manager, Employee & Business Enablement Communications.
