As part of our engaged and inclusive Supply Chain organization in Beerse, we are seeking an experienced Program Manager to drive high-impact strategic programs in an aseptic manufacturing environment, leading the end-to-end site introduction of innovative products and technologies with an unwavering commitment to safety, compliance, and sustainable operational success.

Role Purpose

Key Responsibilities


* Provide end-to-end leadership for assigned programs, ensuring delivery against agreed timelines, quality standards, resource requirements, and funding commitments.


* Build and coordinate cross-functional collaboration across Engineering, MSAT, Quality Assurance, EH&S, Operations, Supply Chain, and relevant partners throughout the broader organization.


* Engage local and global stakeholders, communicate progress in governance forums, and provide clear recommendations to support decision-making.


* Drive alignment between global and site organizations to ensure prioritization aligned with strategy, decisions, and program execution.


* Develop and maintain integrated program plans, proactively managing risks, dependencies, and organizational change.


* Plan, allocate, and optimize resources across program workstreams to support effective and timely execution.


* Champion continuous improvement by challenging the status quo and leading initiatives that improve overall operational and technical performance in a sustainable way.
