Job Description:

営業部アシスタント業務

営業部員の備品管理•発送手配•機器発送手配、営業部会議の運営サポ-ト、営業本部長アシスタント•Sales Head サポ-ト業務を正確且つ迅速に実行する。

Field Sales Marketing 業務 営業部Loalイベントの契約書関連書類作成•外部ベンダ-と連携し支払い管理業務の遂行。Field Sales Marketing チ-ムと定期的なミ-ティングと進捗管理を行う。法務、HCC、購買等のファンクションとの連携し、申請•契 約•承認•文書管理を支援する。例外案件やリスクは適切にエスカレ-ションする。

事業本部オペレ-ション管理

事業本部内でのアシスタントコミュニティのガバナンス、リ-ドを行う。 事業本部会議、タウンホ-ル、社内イベント、オフサイト等の企画•準備•当日運営•事後対応を関係部門や外部ベンダ- と連携して実行する。 事業部員の入退社•異動に伴う各種手続き、各種購買•支払い、固定資産を含む備品管理•施設管理、郵便•物流等 の事業本部共通オペレ-ションを正確かつ効率的に管理する。

情報•文書•アクセス管理

組織情報、配布リスト、SharePoint/イントラ等のアクセス権、共通資料および管理リストを整備し、必要な情報が適切 に共有•保管される状態を維持する。

業務改善•標準化

定型業務の可視化、手順書•テンプレ-トの整備、引継ぎ、デジタルツ-ル活用を通じて、業務の標準化、効率化および 継続性向上を推進する。
