Hourly Wage: $28-$31/hour based on experience + 5% sales commission (subject to stipulations within sales commission agreement.)

As the property enters its next chapter under new ownership, we're looking for a vibrant, energetic Sales & Events Coordinator to help grow its weddings and events business.

From developing local partnerships and generating new business to bringing weddings, celebrations, and gatherings to life, you'll help introduce more people to this iconic coastal destination while growing its sales and events business from the ground up.

* Manage sales inquiries, leads, and bookings from initial contact through execution


* Develop wedding, social, corporate, and group business for a newly opening property


* Create proposals, contracts, correspondence, and sales materials


* Serve as a primary point of contact for clients throughout the planning process


* Build strong relationships with local businesses, planners, organizations, and community partners


* Coordinate with hotel departments to ensure successful event and group execution


* Maintain accurate records within Tripleseat and other sales platforms


* Assist with room blocks, group logistics, and guest accommodations
