All Saints Sub Acute is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team on the full-time NOC shift.

Responsibilities


* Provide direct nursing care and monitor residents' health conditions.


* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.


* Assess residents and document changes in condition.


* Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team.


* Supervise and support nursing staff as needed.


* Ensure compliance with facility policies and state and federal regulations.


* Maintain accurate and timely medical records.

Qualifications


* Current and valid California Registered Nurse (RN) license.


* Previous experience in skilled nursing or subacute care preferred.


* Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.


* Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
