Starting Pay: $48.00 per hour, depending on experience

About the Position

Diablo Valley Post Acute is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and experienced RN Supervisor to join our team on the NOC shift.

The ideal candidate will provide clinical leadership, support nursing staff, and ensure residents receive high-quality, compassionate care throughout the night.

Responsibilities


* Supervise and support nursing staff during the NOC shift.


* Oversee resident care and ensure compliance with facility policies and state and federal regulations.


* Assess residents' conditions and respond to changes in health status.


* Coordinate care plans and communicate with physicians, residents, and families as needed.


* Maintain accurate clinical documentation.


* Promote a safe, supportive, and resident-centered environment.

Qualifications


* Current, active California Registered Nurse (RN) license.


* Previous nursing or supervisory experience preferred.


* Strong leadership, communication, and clinical assessment skills.


* Experience in skilled nursing or post-acute care preferred.
