What You'll Do

As a Caregiver, you will play an important role in supporting our residents' daily needs and helping them maintain their independence and quality of life.


* Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene.


* Provide compassionate, respectful, and individualized care based on each resident's needs and preferences.


* Assist residents with mobility, transfers, repositioning, and the safe use of walkers, wheelchairs, and other mobility equipment.


* Respond promptly to resident call lights and requests for assistance.


* Assist residents with meals, hydration, and snacks as needed.


* Help residents maintain clean, comfortable, and organized living spaces.


* Provide companionship, emotional support, and meaningful interactions throughout the day.


* Observe and report changes in residents' physical, mental, or emotional conditions to the nursing team.


* Accurately document care provided using our electronic health record system.


* Follow individualized service plans, safety procedures, and infection prevention practices.


* Assist with welcoming new residents and helping them feel comfortable in their new home.


* Communicate effectively with coworkers, nurses, supervisors, and other departments to ensure residents receive consistent, quality care.


* Protect resident privacy and confidentiality while promoting dignity, independence, and personal choice.


* Promptly report resident concerns, incidents, or suspected abuse in accordance with facility policies and applicable requirements.
